A workflow is the journey, made up of actions that both you and your client take in one of your sales channels, from beginning to end. A workflow encompasses all stages of the client cycle, from lead, on-boarding, off-boarding, etc. You will have a different workflow for each “sales channel” in your business.

If you’re an existing business, you already have a workflow. If you’ve never mapped it out before, simply write out all of the steps and variables that might occur within your client journey. Include all of the actions that occur internally as well as the actions that your client may or may not take. See our workflow mapping example HERE.

Our workflow strategy sessions are exactly 60 minutes and are done virtually with screen-sharing markups of your existing workflow. In those 60 minutes we will collaboratively review, identify issues, and problem solve solutions and automations for ONE workflow in your business. Depending on the complexity of your workflow and whether you complete your “homework” (submitting a copy of your workflow and providing baseline information about your business) prior to our session, we may or may not get through the entirety of your workflow.

Just one. Our sessions are meant to be hyper-focused on one workflow from one sales channel of your business. However, you are welcome to book additional sessions to cover other workflows in your business. I recommend giving yourself a month or so between sessions so you have time to implement and test your workflow before moving onto another.
