WORKFLOW STRATEGY SESSION: Up to one hour virtual or in-person meeting (within 20 miles of our Granville, Ohio address) in which the client and Fireproof Method discuss one existing workflow* and potential improvements.

CUSTOM WORKFLOW RESEARCH & DESIGN: Fireproof Method will conduct market and industry specific research to assess needs and aide in the development of custom-tailored solutions for the client.

WORKFLOW STRATEGY REVIEW: A 90 minute or less collaborative virtual or in-person meeting (within 20 miles of our Granville, Ohio address) in which we present research, and discuss concepts and potential mock-ups for a custom workflow design. Any major changes, ideas, or feature requests should be addressed during this phase.

SIMPLE WORKFLOW SETUP: The Fireproof Method will create and set-up (within third-party service, Dubsado) one simple workflow that contains 10 or less steps. This process typically takes 1-3 weeks and will require the client to make decisions, answer workflow related questions, and provide verbiage, brandling elements, and other materials.

COMPLEX WORKFLOW SETUP: The Fireproof Method will create and set-up (within third-party service, Dubsado) one complex workflow that contains 20 or less steps. Complex workflows may contain branched tangents (path A or Path B) so long as the total number of steps remains under 20. This process typically takes 2-6 weeks and will require the client to make decisions, answer workflow related questions, and provide verbiage, brandling elements, and other materials. Additional steps may be added a la carte (at the business owners discretion) for a fee.

CUSTOM DATABASE AND/OR FORM DESIGN: The Fireproof Method will create a custom database template (in Airtable) and/or custom forms (in Dubsado). Depending on the complexity involved, this service typically includes one or less databases, and/or one complex form to three simple forms. If additional forms or databases are needed, we will discuss the option to add these services a la carte (with an hourly fee). We will use placeholder forms if the client decides not to pursue a la carte design time, but wishes to keep the form in the workflow. Database examples include: an inventory tracker, project management tracker, recipe builder, deadline generator, client feedback tracking, and more. Form examples include: inquiry forms, feedback forms, client proposals, shop forms, questionnaires, onboarding forms, off-boarding forms, and more.

FULL INTEGRATION & SETUP: The Fireproof Method will integrate and set-up the databases and/or forms created for the workflow. This may utilize third party "connector" services (such as Zapier) to create seamless and automated experience for the business owner and their clients. Assuming that the client provides the Fireproof Method with the requested branding elements, verbiage, imagery, etc. within 7 days of the request, these elements will be utilized in the Full Integration & Setup, instead of placeholders.

WORKFLOW WALKTHROUGH: Up to one hour virtual or in-person meeting (within 20 miles of our Granville, Ohio address) in which the Fireproof Method will walk the client through the completed workflow and answer questions. We can discuss any concerns or minor adjustments during this meeting. At the conclusion of this meeting, once the requested changes have been made, and with the clients permission, the Fireproof Method will activate this workflow for implementation.

ONE MONTH CHECK-IN: An optional 30 minute or less virtual meeting (scheduled no more than 35 days after the workflow walkthrough) in which the Client can address any lingering questions, concerns, or minor adjustments. It is assumed that the workflow will be active by this meeting, however the client may choose to self-implement the workflow at a later time. Self-implementing would eliminate the opportunity for adjustments or changes to be made by The Fireproof Method.

FINE TUNING: Any adjustment requests should be submitted (via a follow-up form or during the One Month Check-in) to the Fireproof Method within 35 days of the Workflow Walkthrough. The Fireproof Method will make the requested adjustments. Adjustments at this phase should be minor.

*The term "workflow" has two meanings. The first meaning is referring to the step-by-step journey a client or customer takes through a specific sales channel within your business. These steps can be internal (business only) or external (client facing). We can help you map out your existing and ideal workflow. The second meaning is referring to the tangible, digitally created workflow, hosted on Dubsado (a CRM system). This workflow is the output of our work and is made of other elements (such as canned emails, schedulers, proposals, questionnaires, and more).
